Merchant Return & Refund Policy (Canada & USA)
Thank you for choosing us for your technology needs! We’re committed to your satisfaction and strive to make our return and refund process clear, smooth, and fair. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store and service center, including hardware and software.
1. Return Eligibility
Most new, unopened hardware products (such as laptops, desktops, and printers) are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and free of any damage or modifications.
Must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
You must initiate the return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, licensing, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or activated antivirus software/licenses
Installed, configured, or customized desktops/laptops
Labor or service fees (repairs, setups, diagnostics)
Digital downloads/software keys
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or special-order equipment
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and a brief reason for return.
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with your return authorization and shipping instructions.
⚠️ For U.S. and Canadian customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
You’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
U.S. Customers: In accordance with FTC eCommerce regulations, refunds are processed within 7 business days if the product was never delivered, or within 30 days once a return is accepted.
Canadian Customers: We comply with the Competition Bureau of Canada and ensure fair and clearly communicated refund terms.
5. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please:

Include your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship out a replacement promptly.
