Return and Refund Policy

At GammaxSetup, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.


1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In the original packaging, with all accessories/manuals included

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable software)

  • Gift cards

  • Opened consumables 

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • In Canada: Refunds will be issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD), inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST).

  • In the U.S.: Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD), inclusive of state sales taxes.


3. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error, GammaxSetup will cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Exchanges

We offer replacements only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@gammaxsetup.shop with your order number and reason for exchange.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue. We will provide a resolution which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at support@gammaxsetup.shop. Once an order has been shipped, it must be processed as a return.
